Almost perfect
The texture of the lemon and crust is truly perfect, however, I do wish the lemon flavor was bit sharper (just for me personally). Would still definitely recommend and buy again.

Lemon Bars Are a Huge Success
Thanks to the amazing bakers, my granddaughter and her parents have been enjoying these heavenly bars for the past week. This is our second shipment and even those of us who can eat gluten think this dessert is absolutely spectacular! Thanks to the bakers for providing us with these moist treats that freeze and thaw beautifully.
Lemon bars for GF folks!
The lemon bars are very tasty. They're a little too sweet, and could use a little more tart, but overall I really enjoy these. My daughter who is not GF loves them. We'll continue to order!
